Park Projects
The team has designed several park improvement projects through Arkansas Parks and Tourism with the FUN Park and Matching Grant programs.

Franks Engineering has experience with locally funded projects as well as state and federal agency funding for client projects such as Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC), State and State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) Funding, USDA-Rural Development, Texas Water Development Board , Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Arkansas Parks and Tourism, Arkansas Highway Department (ARDOT), and Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT).
